Safety Certificate / Roadworthy Certificate Trucks

If your vehicle is over 4.5 tonne, you are required to obtain a Heavy Vehicle Certificate of Inspection (COI), by an accredited Examiner. These inspections/certificates are different to your Light Vehicle Safety Certificates / Roadworthy Certificate.

If you own a Truck or other Heavy Vehicle, you need to remember that it is a Queensland Transport regulation to obtain a Certificate of Inspection (COI) yearly to ensure the safety of the vehicle.

To obtain your Heavy Vehicle Certificate of Inspection License, the examiner must be a qualified mechanic and is put through a strenuous examination process.

This enables only the most qualified examiners to conduct Certificate of Inspections on such large vehicles.

Our examiners are accredited to conduct Certificate of Inspections on Heavy Vehicles. No need to bring it to us, we come out to you!

East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates take the stress out of buying or selling a car, motorbike, caravan, truck, trailer and horsefloat.
