If you are unhappy with the quality of work, we advise not to have your mechanic repair anything to the vehicle. Send us an email to office@safetycertificates.com.au and we will organise for you to bring your car into our workshop and have another of our qualified mechanics check over your vehicle in your presence.
Please include the following information in your email;
- Your name
- Address
- Type of car
- Kilometers at the time of inspection
- Kilometers on the vehicle at the current time
- Examiners name and number
- A Copy of the Safety Certificate (if possible)
- Brief description of concerns
